Job Description: HR Associate
Experience: 1+ Years
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Master’s degree (MBA)
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be active with online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions.
- Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. job portals like AngelList,
- Instahyre, IIMJobs & professional channels like LinkedIn).
- Screening of all applicable candidates (via phone, video and in-person) based on detailed
- requirements of position & job competencies.
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per the hiring process.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events as per the requirements.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies.
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing techniques, & resume databases & is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
