Job Description: HR Associate

Educational Qualification: Graduate / Master’s degree (MBA)

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•  Be active with online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions.
• Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. job portals like AngelList,
•     Instahyre, IIMJobs & professional channels like LinkedIn).
• Screening of all applicable candidates (via phone, video and in-person) based on detailed
•     requirements of position & job competencies.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done as per the hiring process.
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events as per the requirements. 
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.

Skills Checklist:

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, sourcing techniques, & resume databases & is an advantage. 
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
